关于难民问题的现状与个人建议 当今时代，人们主张和平发展，大部分国家并没有陷入战争所导致的窘迫。但是仍有部分地区在经历战争，而这些战争所导致的最主要的问题便是难民问题。   难民的由来 在21世纪的发展进程中，我们不难发现大部分难民来源于中东地区。尤其是在2010年伊拉克战争爆发后，难民的人数便开始急速上升，大批的难民涌入欧洲并与本土人民争夺本地资源与工作机会。这些情况也因此使欧洲陷入了前所未有的难民危机。   欧洲各国的难民政策 在难民危机爆发以后，欧洲各国也相继颁布了对难民的法律来缓解难民问题。 德国：德国对于难民可以说是最为宽容的，他们在2015年之前发布法律宣布将尝试纳入大批难民来解决他们劳动力不足的问题，其内容包括：每个难民都会被安置在难民屋内，并且会受到现金资助每个月，如果符合个人条件，他们甚至可以拿到独立住屋并且可以在法律允许下进行打工。但由于引进难民并没有实际解决劳动力不足的问题，大国于2015年之后改进了法案。 法国：法国在自新总统马克龙上台以后，积极改进难民法，其主要是想加强打击非法移民，政府不仅加快了难民办事处的效率并加强了边界的管理。其次，政府对难民入境的要求也进行了大幅度的提高来确保难民质量。   个人理解 当今时代，世界各国都应当积极面对难民问题，各个非战争国家应该尝试去尽可能地帮助那些需要帮助的国家与人民。另外，联合国应该去对中东各国以及各组织施加压力来让他们停止战并制定更好的一系列的法律来保护难民人权，我们已经看到了看到了太多生命的逝去在这场战争中，他们本是无辜的，却最终死在了去异国他乡的路上。我也希望整个世界能够回归往日的平静与祥和。 王伟奇
